  • I did two interval and weight workouts this weekend, plus a long walk yesterday with the boys and the dog. This week I plan to do 4 workouts plus one on the weekend, plus a yoga class cause I'm sooooo tight. My current motivation is getting in wicked shape and lose 10lbs while I'm forced to TTA. Plus we're probably going to Mexico in Jan for our 5yr anni, so I would like to look smokin'.

  • Good reminder. I started a new gym over the weekend and have another workout scheduled for tomorrow. I'll probably just walk the dogs tonight

  • This weekend I worked so I did nothing. But this week, I am planning to run 20 miles. 
  • Sunday I did a 5k and it really did a number on my back, so no workouts for me for a few days....  Unless you count ST. :)

    I'm pretty sure I counted ST as cardio at the end of yesterday's workout :)

  • I lugged pumpkins home from a pick your own farm in a wheelie bag? I think that's about it. That felt like a workout, does that count?

    I'm planning on 30 minutes at the gym tomorrow, Thursday, and Friday. That's the goal for the week.

  • I have no excuse for not working out on Saturday...
    Sunday we went to a festival and walked for no joke 6 hours, I thought I was going to die.
    Yesterday I did nothing because DH was starving when I got home so we ate early. I hate that it is getting darker because I can't walk after work then and my gym equipment is not set up at home.
    I am thinking about starting to do Yoga in the morning when I wake up, 15-20 mins either every day or every other day. I think I desperately need this to start to relax my mind.

  • I worked out all the days I had planned last week, but I didn't go to BodyPump Saturday. DH didn't want to go to the gym, so we went for a long walk instead. It was actually really nice to just talk and be focused on each other.
    Zumba was cancelled yesterday, so no workout for the next week.

  • I did yard work all weekend. We had a 'crew' (only family) digging out around our house to put in a drain pipe. Since I'm not a good observer I helped where they'd let me and raked the yard.

    Yesterday was a Dr. appointment after work so I didn't do anything

     

    My goal this week is to do 4-5 days of cardio and lift for 2-3 of those days. I've been in a major rut lately, but I'm going for it this week!
