Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Toning Tuesday

How are the work outs going?

I restarted c25k. Did that Wednesday, Saturday and yesterday. 30 day shred Sunday.

Planning on week 2 c25k Wednesday, Friday, Monday, with a walk at lunch Thurs.

  • not so awesome.

    Saturday I skipped my workout because I was tired and super crampy.

    last night I went to yoga but didn't go to RIPPED. I was so neausous and barely made it through yoga w/o vomiting.

    maybe tonight Ben and I can bring the dogs on a walk.

  • I was going to get up & restart C25K this morning, but that went out the window when I was still wide awake at midnight. I did do Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown last night. It hurt. A lot.
