House hunting!

H and I went house hunting yesterday (finally) and we found a house we love! The realtor was showing us around and I started crying in the kitchen! The house has only been on the market for 2 weeks and it is an estate sale. We put an offer in! We offered asking price and for them to pay closing costs. I am so excited! Our realtor told us we were the only offer so far. I just knew I had to have it and I didn't want to mess around. It is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 baths with a full basement and very new stainless steel appliances.

Yay!! I know how exciting this is! Fingers crossed! I know you will get it! Just hope that all the inspections go perfectly etc. Keep us updated and pictures!

So amazing! H and I have been looking online for a while because we like to know how much things are running in certain areas so when we buy in the next year or so we have a realistic idea of what to expect, we still haven't found anything we like. You got super lucky finding something so quick! I hope it all goes great from here on out. Can't wait to see pictures.
