Toning Tuesday

How are the work outs going?

Thursday - bike and W2D1 of C25K. 

Sunday - 30 day Shred

Monday - bike and W2D2 of C25K, plus 10 minutes of walking.  I'm building to do the Arc trainer after running. 

I'd like to walk at lunch one day this week, and finish week 2.

  • I have been doing terrible terrible terrible. But I have been eating better.

    I was hoping that once football season was over this week it would be easier to get back to the gym, but I was informed last week that the Pee-Wees will be joining another team in the playoffs because this other team doenst have enough players. So they take the losingest team with them to the play offs. Good job guys.

    I just need to force myself to go right after work and not go home first.

  • good! last week I didn't do that well with my exercising and I felt terrible as a result, so I'm really going to push myself to get my workouts in if i'm feeling OK.

    Saturday - Toning/Zumba, walk with the dogs

    Monday - 75 min yoga, 60 min RIPPED

    I don't know what i'll get into the rest of the week.

    muscle weighs more than fat! also you should only being weighing yourself once a week at the same day/time every week.

    I know, I usually sneak a peak mid week.  I should stick to Fridays since that's the biggest loser weigh in.
