What is the biggest decision you have ever had to make? Do you still think you made the right decision?
Re: GTKY: Biggest Decision
Where I went to college was a big decision for me, especially looking back on it. My time there really shaped who I am as a person, and I don't think I would have met H had I gone somewhere else.
Also, deciding to buy a house, what house, and deciding on the right location for us was a big deal since we plan to stay in our home for at least the next 20 years.
But I still believe they were all the right decisions. I wouldn't be where or who I am today without them.
Eta: they were the right decisions for me and my life at the time. That doesn't mean they were always 'right', if you know what I mean.

Going off BC was definitely the biggest decision of my life...it's the one decision that locked us into not moving, not having the freedom to quit a job if I don't like it, not travelling as much etc...
We are stoked, but it's definitely the one that has and will change our lifestyle the most.

It's funny having children/stopping preventing was such a huge decision for some of you. Maybe it's an age thing?
For us, it was sort of just wrapped in with getting married. We both wanted children, and at our age, didn't want to wait. I don't know that we ever really had a discussion or made a decision.. we just knew that's what we wanted, and we'd stop preventing after the wedding.
We didn't even really have a discussion about reaching out to a professional after a year with no luck. It was time, and we just knew it. It wasn't a decision, it was just what came next, if that makes sense.
