1) What were you like in HS? An awkward weirdo who didn't understand social conventions.  For example, I ran cross country in jean shorts (yep, jorts) because I didn't realize there were things like athletic shorts.  Worse still, nobody told me until halfway through the season.

2) Have you changed? I no longer run.  Yes, it keeps you healthy, but God, at what cost?!

3) Are you still friends with your core group from HS? Nope. Although I did plan my 10-yr HS reunion.

1) What were you like in HS? 

I was a teachers pet (there were emails about me), into clubs that I thought might help in my future, drama, swim, and choir. We were a performing choir so that was a lot of work. I kinda was the glue that held the group I ate at lunch together because everyone knew me before they knew each other. In class I was in honors and such. At home I was part of an other club, worked, and was a pretty goody good. 

2) Have you changed? 

I still try my best to be there for everyone and am a goody good still. I am not the center of my social groups anymore and music and education had to go away because of real life. I am still part of some social clubs though. I was told last week I look the same by someone who has not seen me for a while.

3) Are you still friends with your core group from HS?

No one from my classes and I were that close. I have three people on Facebook I was friends with in High School that I catch up with once in a while.  My friends from the outside of school club are still my dearest friend.

I had a lot of family problems in high school. I am 22 now. 

1. I was quiet, a loner and most of all absent. Haha. I never went to school and did my work from home. When I was there I didn't talk to anyone and always had a book in hand. 

2. I have changed but only somewhat. I am out of the house a lot more than I was in HS but I am just as quiet and as much a loner unless H drags me out. Oh and I always have a book with me still. 

3. Again as a loner I didn't really have any friends. I have one childhood friend I keep in touch with though.

1. I was a total music nerd- show choir, jazz choir, concert (classical) choir), musicals, theatre, president of the French club, on our academic competition team. I was a total perfectionist/overachiever when it came to grades and the other things I was involved in. I worked in this cute little mom and pop bookstore that only stayed open for like 2 yers after I graduated. I wasn't really a part of the popular crowd, but I got along with them. I had some really great friends that I definitely should have kept up with better once we all went to college.

2. A little. I'm still super nerdy, but I'm a lot more confident and sure of myself without needing to be perfect all the time. It's like I've gotten comfortable in my own skin, flaws and all.

3. Only through FB really, which I do kind of regret. My closest friends are those I made in college.

1) What were you like in HS?  I did a lot of activities and clubs plus I played soccer. I was kind of shy around the bitchier girls but more outgoing in other situations like Model UN or AP class.  When I'm around nerds I feel less self-conscious, I guess.
2) Have you changed? I think I have more confidence and I'm a little more secure with myself, but I'm otherwise the same...
3) Are you still friends with your core group from HS? Nope, we grew apart and once I got to college I realized I didn't really like most of them to begin with.  I am only friends with one person from HS still and she just stopped over for a surprise visit tonight!

1) What were you like in HS?  A loner for sure.  Participated in theater and choir and could be found reading through lunch.  I was picked on a lot.  Mostly by my "best" friend from elementary school and her friends. The bus was torture. It was a miserable time at school and at home.  Theater kept me from, well, harming myself.  Seriously.
2) Have you changed? I'm still a loner, but I don't let people bother me as much.  And I'm still a theater geek.  Married one too!  He still works in the theater field.
3) Are you still friends with your core group from HS?Not so much.  I am close with one friend from high school, but we basically have nothing in common anymore.  And while I met my husband in middle school and we participated in theater together in high school, we weren't friends back then.

Straight A student who helped out at home with chores, laundry, siblings, etc., full scholarship to college....Who also snuck out of the house a lot to go to bars/concerts.....and my boyfriend's house lol.

2) Have you changed? Eh. I'm in grad school, still make mostly As. I still get called the "responsible" one in the family. I'm the only one of my siblings/cousins who has her shit together. But I still have that side of me that likes to have fun and I've never been big on following all the rules.

3) Are you still friends with your core group from HS? Married my high school sweetheart ha. I still have maybe two or three good friends from high school, but not that same group of friends.
