On one item at Target you could use: Target coupon + manufacturers coupon + cartwheel discount + 5% off total purchase coupon from pharmacy rewards + 5% off using Target red card. I'm in discount heaven.

Awesome! Only one I'm not familiar with is the pharmacy rewards, is it if you have a certain number of prescriptions or anything?

Yup. Fill 5 prescriptions, get a 5% off coupon. And some months the prescriptions double and each count as 2.

I love Target! I don't get the pharmacy rewards but it's amazing the deals you can get. I especially like that I can get good deals on stuff we actually buy, whereas most other stores I can only ever find discounts on junk food and the like. Now if only there was a Super Target closer to me, I'd have it made!

I love it when I get the 5% pharmacy coupon and then use my Redcard. I just used them both this last weekend and got everything I needed for a long time and some Xmas gifts so I could get the 10% off! It was great! Love Target.

Also, they have Cartwheel , which is a free discount program to get anywhere from 5-30% off. You only have to use Facebook to sign up.

I needed to buy drapery panels and I waited for them to appear on Cartwheel. I got them for 20% PLUS my 5% discount with my Target RedCard.

For the Pharmacy rewards you have to fill 5 prescriptions and then you get an extra 5%.

Also, with the RedCard debit or Credit card you get all free shipping on Target.com. FYI: Only do the credit card if you pay it off in full each month. The interest rate is 29%, which totally cancels out any discounts you would earn.

I feel like I get target coupons through snail mail once in awhile, but they are primarily through emails.  FYI the 5% on their red card applies to everything, no matter what it is or the price (except gift cards and prescription drugs through the pharmacy).  Last year I got a digital bridge camera on clearance when a new model came out.  They still give me the 5% off on top of the clearance price.  I ended up paying about $205 (with tax) for a camera that normally sold for $450.  I got notice of the clearance price through their email circular.

One other thing I really like is that Target gives back a certain percentage of your red card purchases to a school of your choice.  I chose my old high school as the recipient, but if/when we have children we can easily switch it to their school instead.  It's a pretty neat program, and it's free to enroll.

I feel like I waste less paper and ink by printing only the coupons I use as opposed to paying for a newspaper of coupons. They sometimes mail coupons, but it's rare. There's lots on your website, just print out the handful you'll use.

Those just yesterday I did get a $10 off a $100 at Target that has virtually no fine print...so I think I can add that to my list of combined discounts in my OP

The beauty of target is they give these discounts on things that often don't have coupons. Plus things like Christmas gifts.

I LOVE their dollar aisle.  I get stuck there every time and have to tear myself away!  I could do some serious damage to our wallet at Target.

So after reading this post, I switched my BCP prescription to Target. H went to pick it up for me last night, and tripped into a great phone trade-in situation. He was able to trade in his old phone and get an iPhone 5S for $70! He really did need a new phone, so I was supportive. Anyway, thanks for bringing this up!
