We will be there from February 9th to 12th!  And the best part...if the stars align, I'll be able to meet @amandaf6383 while she is there!

    Yay!!

    Definitely get coffee and beignets!! Cafe Du Monde is my preferred stop for this; they're in the French Quarter.

    Check out restaurants around Bourbon Street. There are some freaking amazing seafood places (we ate at Acme Oyster House last time I was there...YUM!!). I believe both Emeril and Guy Fieri have restaurants in NOLA (I know at least Emeril does), but I'm sure you can get better, more authentic cuisine elsewhere for less.

    Do the Garden District walk/trolley ride. The architecture is beauuuuutiful!

    St. Louis Cathedral is just off the river in the French Quarter, too. It's a major landmark.

    Just wander the French Quarter in general; there are a ton of interesting shops and things to see. You can take in several blocks in one day. There is at least one very cool old cemetery to check out as well.

    Fun, I think you made a great choice.

    We did a fun vampire tour last time we were there.  It was campy and we had a good time, and it was kind of creepy.  It met in Jackson Square every night around 9 pm, there are brochures at the hotels.

    Jean Lafitte's Bar on Bourbon is the oldest structure being used as a bar in the US, so it was cool to have a drink there.

    Court of Two Sisters is popular for brunch.  We went to NOLA for dinner one night and it was AMAZING.   So is Boucherie.

    Also, if you are feeling adventurous try the tasting menu here:

    Moved to an RE October 2013  HSG- All clear , S/A- Normal , Bloodwork -Normal
    Uterine polyp found-  Hysteroscopy and D&C 12/6/13  DX w/complex endometrial hyperplasia
    Endometrial Biopsy 3/21/14 - Hyperplasia still present  Endometrial Biopsy #2 6/24/14 - All clear!
    IUI #1  w/stims and trigger - Started stims 7/7/14 - IUI 7/24/14 = BFP 8/7/14
    Beta #1 8/8 - 47  Beta#2 -137  Beta#3 - 96 Beta#4 -287 Beta#5 -519 Beta#6 121 = early miscarriage 5w4d
