I need invitation help please

Hi,

I'm usually on The Bump but I have an invitation delemma and I'm hoping this board can help.

I'm planning my daughter's first birthday party in Dec, most places we called were either booked or out of our price range, so my parents offered to have the party at their home, which is great, but now my step-father got another great idea and is willing to pay to have it at a local restaurant.

The problem I have is, I had the birthday party invites made up and shipped already, (tinyprints.com) and the address is my parent's home, without having to order and pay for updated invites is there a way for me to send out the invites I already have?  My husband and step-father thought of putting a address label on the invite with the new address, but the invites are pink.  I thought maybe putting an insert in the envelope, but I don't want people to get confused on where to go.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The address labels are probably the most effective way of ensuring guests are clear about the party location.  You can purchase blank labels in a color other than white, and maybe you can find some that don't clash with the invites too much.

Also, try reaching out to Tiny Prints.  I know they sell matching address labels.  Hopefully they can help help you come up with a fix that won't be too noticible.
