TGIF!!

Yahoo!!!  The weekend is here!!!  I have had a big F-U kind of week at work, so I am in desperate need of this weekend.  What is everyone up to?

Re: TGIF!!

  • Until yesterday, I totally forgot we have Monday off, so I have a 3 day weekend.  Holla!

We don't have a lot going on this weekend.  After this, our weekends are pretty packed through the end of the year, so I plan to soak in all of our free time this weekend.

Tonight we'll do the usual of ordering in and DVR catch up.

Saturday - We have drinks/game night with the neighbors.

Sunday - DH is going to the game, so I'm thinking about going to my parents to watch and possibly leaving the boys over night so I can sleep in, I mean get some things done around the house on Monday. ;)

Monday - Sleep in!  House stuff.  Take the boys to the library.

I also hope to get a run in at some point, since I am still a total slacker.

  • Tonight: dinner out because I have a groupon expiring.

Tomorrow: dd is having a friend over for her first sleepover!! Hoping we survive, ha! It should be fun for her. She has been asking all the time to do it.
    No plans sunday

  • Tonight: changing up our usual friday night routine of being lazy and going over to a friend's house to hang out, let the kids play, and have dinner.

Saturday: no real plans, but we just need to get some yard clean up done, grocery shopping, laundry, etc....

Sunday: Brian & I are going to the game!  Super excited because my BFF and hubby are also in town for the game, so we're meeting up with them in the morning.  My mom is babysitting the boys, so once we come home from the game we'll hang out wtih them, low key evening.

  • Tonight - going out to dinner, making a few returns, finding a new button down shirt for Noah, getting my eyebrows threaded (while the boys get to play at the mall playground)

Saturday - zumba in the morning, clean - my house is such a wreck.  Maybe drive out to Nordstrom to get the Clinique bonus since I missed it at Macy's.

Sunday - have a work thing - we do a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for our students and it's that evening.  The nice thing is, Walt and the boys are invited, too.  It's always a fun event, and the food is good (Thanksgiving dinner is my favorite meal!)   (This is the reason Noah needs a new button down, all of his are too small).
  • TGIF ladies!

Tonight- maybe go out to dinner and need to get a bday present for a party DD has tomorrow. Finally getting these eye brows waxed. they are out of control!

tomorrow- Said Bday bowling party. Then my mom wants to take Madi to her house for the night. Fine by me. :)

     Sunday- not much of anything!

  • Tonight - G's laundry, DVR, Indian takeout hopefully

Saturday - We have no plans. I need to do some stuff around the house. I'd like to get out and do something fun with G. I'd like to get Indian food for dinner if we don't do takeout tonight.

Sunday - Again, no plans. We'll probably watch the game. Continue doing laundry.

    TGIF!

Tonight- Undecided, depends if Nathan goes to the old house to work or not. I may just clean and be done with it for the weekend.

Saturday-Going to stand in line for some limited release whiskey bright and early, then a couple errands in the strip. Depending if my Lands End order comes today, I may run to Ross Park and make some returns. Then to Max's Allegheny Tavern for my sister's birthday(my baby sister is going to be 23 tomorrow, I don't know how this happened) dinner followed by cake and Cards Against Humanity

    Sunday-Maybe a mani/pedi, grocery store, Sam's during the game.

Meghan, I can only imagine the week you've had (if it's bc of work and open enrollment). I want to give the website a big F-U for shutting down on me while enrolling; then again when I went back in to change options.

    *sigh*

Tonight: cheeseburgers on the grill. Maybe not a good idea, since I'm still getting over the stomach bug, but I'm craving them. I also want to hit up the grocery store for a quick trip. By myself.

Saturday: Gavin and DH have flag football in the morning; I might take the other two to Target to look at sweaters - we're doing family photos next weekend and the boys need clothes that don't involve sandals and shorts!

That's all of our plans. I do have the typical stuff: clean the house and laundry; and I have one freelance article to finish up, but that's about it.

    Enjoy the weekend everyone!

Fortunately I have very little to do with benefits, so I haven't been impacted too much by enrollment.  My patience and professionalism has been tested greatly as I have had to deal with a lot of jerks this week for other reasons!

That sucks about the site!  You can sign in from the intranet or from the external link if it continues to give you problems.  I haven't enrolled yet, I am procrastinating.
  • Tonight: Taco night and low key evening at home. At bedtime, H and I will be on chapter 3 of the first Harry Potter book!

Tomorrow: T has a lunchtime playdate and H has a late afternoon birthday party, so we'll probably go but the present while T is at his playdate. Also, laundry and general house straightening. And I still need to reorganize the kids' clothing drawers for the fall/winter.

Sunday: Kids have swim lessons and I have a class. Then I have the house to myself all evening while my family goes to MIL's for the night. Debating whether to schedule a massage or get a haircut. I need both...

Monday morning I will be getting ready for work in silence. :-)

I never know how tied into benefits you are - I figure you get reciprocal calls/complaints. LOL

It's like the Obamacare - only we don't have until March to sign up. Give yourself enough time! :)
