Toning Tuesday

Anyone working out?

I started W3 of C25k Wednesday.  My calves died the last 30 seconds of my last run.  I've been doing some calf raises to help strengthen.  I think my arc trainer doesn't really work the calves.  I'll probably be stuck on W3 until I can run it without stopping to stretch...

I feel behind this week with being away this weekend, and shopping yesterday (that counts right haha).  Hope to run tonight, and Thursday.

Re: Toning Tuesday

  • I only got a chance to go once last week, but I did run and work my shoulders. We are going back fulltime this week since football practice is over now.
  • I'm keeping up with my exercise!

    Saturday - toning/zumba, late night dancing

    Sunday - hike with Ben and the dogs

    Monday - 75 min yoga, 1 hr RIPPED

     

    I don't know what i'll do the rest of the week. def yoga on Thursday

    Good!!!  Keep it up as long as you can....I was doing good when I was pregnant, but missed a week or 2 due to my grandmother being in the hospital....and it was horrible trying to get back into it.  

    I've got nothing...hoping to get cleared at my 6 week pp visit next Wednesday
