fyi- Easy Meatloaf recipe

just wanted to share with you an easy recipe for making meatloaf. i had it last night for the first time and thought it was great. i will def be making this in the future instead of my usual receipe which involves tons of ingredients and measuring, etc.

1.5lbs ground beef

1 box stuffing mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup water.

mix together and put in meatloaf pan. spread on top ketchup, bbq, or whatever else you like. 

cook for 1 hour on 350.  super simple and really good!

Mix with stuffing.... hmmmm, that's something I never thought of! Did it come out moist? I love a good meatloaf (try it stuffed with spinahc and mozzarella!), but DH is not a fan bc he's not into spaghetti sauce, and without it, it's too dry!

If you want a super moist meatloaf, try Paula Deen's Old Fashioned Meat Loaf. So good. I don't use her topping because DH doesn't like it, I do but it is too sweet for him. I top mine with Heinz Mushroom Gravy in the jar, then use the rest for the mashed potatoes. I also swap out the green peppers for mushrooms because, again DH hates cooked green peppers.

awesome - I have a pretty easy gnd turkey recipe at home but haven't made in ages - will have to try this one soon!

yeah it turned out moist!  i used 85% lean... (not the super lean stuff)
