How is everyone doing?

I'm still struggling with running outside. I went for 3 miles on Sunday but I just don't find it enjoyable at all in the cold. It wasn't horribly cold but was really windy. I really don't want to slack too much for fear of losing all I've gained in the running department! I don't want to start from scratch in the spring. My pace is suffering but its still ok I guess.

I'm hoping to make 3 Zumba classes this week and plan to run tomorrow in the dark (ugh!) and maybe once on the weekend.

We are off the whole week of thanksgiving and will be in South Carolina. I'm hoping to get a lot of runs in since I can go during the day and it will be warmer there!
