This dress is brand new with tags. Lace Slim Gown with Cap Sleeves, key hole back, and gorgeous beaded sash. It was purchased in June, arrrived in Septemeber, and has been hanging in a bridal bag to protect it. There has been NO alterations whatsover to this dress. I will pay to ship it, and the garment bag is included!
