Don't really have a TMI, but I do have a vent.

In the process of trying to apply for the house loan.  Couldn't get them to pre-qualify both of us together because once again my wife "doesn't exist" in the system.  Despite having two credit cards and a car loan, they don't see anything when they pull her credit.  Ironically, they sent me a letter with her Experian credit score.

So I started pulling her credit reports to see what was up.  The automatic website would only give me the Experian credit report.  Had to file the paper form to get the others.  So I mailed it in.  2-3 weeks later I get the Experian copy and the TransUnion copy.  Equifax sends back a letter saying they can't find her at our address.  Gee, you think?  We just freaking moved here.  So again, had to mail a copy of her social security card and a copy of our lease to prove she exists.

I'm guessing this is why Chase couldn't pull her credit.  Oddly, didn't stop Navy Federal from pulling it on a car loan.  To add to it, one of the credit cards she has it through the same bank I'm trying to get the mortgage through.

Tried to call Equifax.  Took me forever to figure out how to even get a person.  And once I did, she said they can't do anything over the phone.  *rolls eyes*

I love my wife to death, but I'm tired of all the anti-fraud stuff turning everything into a protracted drill. X(
