Painting...
We are currently living a nice single sized mobile home. It's not old fashioned with the ugly paneling, it's a nice place, but we are looking into 3 acres of land so we can build. However, in the mean time, I NEED to get rid of the ugly blue and maroon country flowered wallpaper. I have seen some walls where people just paint over the wallpaper, but it looks just as ugly. Any suggestions?? We want to removed the molding and texture the walls, but until we do that, the wallpaper is killing me!
Re: Painting...
Could you just wallpaper over it with something more neutral? Or what about painting over it with a textured paint? RL had a line out at one point that had some sort of sand in it, making it very gritty in appearance and texture. My BIL used it throughout his downstairs, over old plaster walls. It looks great.
