Catching Fire!

I'm thinking we'll go during the day this or next weekend but I just realized that I have Friday afternoon off after my interview, so maybe if my husband can finagle his way out the door, we can keep the kids with the nanny and go see it then! He brought up going to see it. Who am I to deny him that?

Believe it or not, I did watch THG.  MH wanted to see it and I agreed but we saw it at home.  If I watch the second one, I'll more than likely wait until it comes out on DVD.

And for the record, I didn't hate the movie.

My husband does this all the time and it drives me insane, he tends to ruin movies for me this way.  I think we are going this weekend, we're going to the movie this weekend no matter what but it's a matter of what we're seeing.  DH said he preferred to CF over anything else out. 

DH does this too. Like during the movie though. He'll be like...wait, why is she doing that? Or who is that character supposed to be? etc. I'm like...it is so not my fault you didn't read the book. So when we saw Hunger Games I gave him a pretty detailed overview before. I plan to do the same for CF.

I would so love to be able to go to the midnight premiere, but having to wake up for work around 5am, wouldn't work.  My sister and I will avoid the rush and go next Wednesday when I don't have work.

I'm going on Sunday with two of my coworkers who've read the books too. We're doing brunch first which should be tons of fun!

We were supposed to go with a group on Friday night to see it but I'm now scheduled for surgery tomorrow morning so our plans were canceled. I'm hoping I recover quickly so that we can go early next week.

I'm going tonight @9 to help a friend chaperone her 13 year old and his friends. I can't wait. They're great kids and it should be fun to be part of their excitement.

Going to the 21+ theater tomorrow night...you can schedule booze delivery to your seat during the movie. I can't wait.

Sorry, I tried a couple of times, but the lighting was really bad and they didn't turn out. I probably could have gotten a decent pic if I used my flash but then it would have been really obvious. It was pretty obnoxious though.
