Place to donate boys clothes

Does anyone know of a family that needs boys clothes sizes 9-18 mos (summer 9-12; fall 12-18)?  I have 2 boxes of outgrown clothes that are in really good shape & I hate to just deposit at the Vets or Goodwill.  If anyone's church is looking for donations, please let me know.

Thanks!

Re: Place to donate boys clothes

  • I'm not sure where you live but there is a girl who is taking baby/toddler/maternity clothes donations through our church for her senior project.  I believe they are going to a women shelter.  Our Lady of Fatima in Hopewell.

  • We take clothing donations all year round for our sale.  (We also offer them to people who stop in and need clothes.)  Our organizer was just saying we need more children's clothes.

Are you in the North?  I can't remember.  If you can't make it to the church to drop them off I can perhaps meet you somewhere in the coming weeks.

  • WOO!  We are in Cranberry, on Rochester Road.  When you're coming from 19 we are on the RIGHT hand side just past the intersection with Haine School Road before Devlin funeral home. If you reach the intersection with Rochester and Powell you have gone too far.     I will be here tomorrow  (provided the snow doesn't go crazy!)  I should be here from 9:00am-3:00pm.   More than likely will I arrive by 9:30am.  :\"> (Chronically late!)

If you are here earlier than 9:30ish, the office should be open around 8:30 and someone can take your donations for you and give you a tax slip.  Be sure to ask if I am here yet.  :-)  I'm in the back of the office and I don't always hear the bell.

And if you see a tiny blond toddler ruling the office...he belongs to me.  He thinks he works here, too!
  • ok - the kids dr just cancelled so I may not make it out tomorrow - weather depending but if not, can I drop off at another time?  What is the name of your church?

    Thanks!
