As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Re: Toning Tuesday
I ran once last week, tried another night, but my calves suck. I really need to build them back up.
@UDerin02 - I love 30DS, I was doing it every Sunday. It's short, but HARD. I've never been brave enough to try the second level.
I was figuring its gonna be hard especially because its short...just trying to convince myself that it won't be
I didn't get to my saturday zumba/toning class this past weekend becasue I was getting my hair done, but I got my hair done!
Sunday - hike with the dogs
Monday - 75 min of Yoga - 1 hr RIPPED
Wednesday - gym
Thursday - 1.5 hour Turkey Day Workout. I think it will be a combination of zumba/toning/RIPPPED

I still love it, esp when I'm done haha. I feel accomplished. It's awesome when you do it consistently and then it's like WOW it's not as hard as it used to be. I love that feeling.
