blahbitty blah blah blah.  I am.  Trying to talk myself out of going for a donut or a scone.  I really do have stuff I could do, too.  But I am all alone in my suite and the quiet is deafening. 

Though, when I consider the alternative (a constant stream of mama, mama, mama, look, mama now!, mamaaaaaaa you're not watching!!!!!!!!!!) I suppose I should enjoy it.

I'm here until 3. Very thankful that the weather was ok since Tim has off today and I had to drive in myself. Planning to do some Christmas decorating tonight, so that's exciting!

I'm here, but I wish I wasn't.

I have 24 people coming for dinner tomorrow, and I have a lot to do at home.

Once I get home I need to prep the stuffing, roast veggies for mac n cheese, make my cheesecake, make my gooey cake, chop broccoli, brussels sprouts and onions, and do laundry.

I should have taken leave, but I hate using leave to do chores. It's going to be a busy night!

Just got word that we are closing at 3:30 today - woot! That will make my after work turkey pick-up easier...hopefully!

My daughter's preschool really jumped the gun on this snow day.  DD is so bummed she's missing the preschool Thanksgiving day "feast" of chicken nuggets and instant mashed potatoes.

Ohhh noooo! My sister lives in Cleveland and she is supposed to fly out later this afternoon! I hope she doesn't get grounded! 

I'm all for rainy, snowy, icy weather... but not when the entire country is traveling!

I'm here.  It's been a crazy day.  The heater repair people were here.  (We've been without 3 of our 11 furnaces since last Thursday...including the office one....brrrr!)  They dropped our Christmas trees off.  (We will have a "Eat N Trim" party on Saturday AM to decorate) and tons of people have been in and out.  Our Senior Pastor and Business Admin are gone, and it's finally quieted down, and as soon as I finish prepping for a dessert meeting tonight, me and the office volunteer are out of here!

I was in until 2:30-3, according to the boss. Got my first draft out of a project out and everything - only to find out that the client extended the deadline. But, oh well, first pass is done!
