As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Why I can't figure out how to edit my post is beyond me but the nurse said that I should just watch for more discharge and cramping and so far the cramping is going away and I had a bit more mucousy discharge without any blood. I know that that's fine. And I have been a compulsive wiper today and no more blood. Knock on wood. Hope it was just a one off thing!
