As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

House-less
Signed away the old house last night. Just get to wait for the check to show up. I think it's funny that they'll mail me a check for free, but if I want it deposited to my account it'll cost me $30. So yeah, you guys can mail me the check. I have no problem taking a check that big to the bank. In fact, it'll be fun. 
In the meantime, waiting to see if the bank can get the appraisal fixed. *crossing fingers*
Re: House-less
The fee is from the closing attourney that the buyers chose to represent their purchase. Not from the bank. I can safely say this will be the biggest check I've ever deposited and seeing the amount even temporarily in my bank account will be amazing....:)
