How long of a wait to expect before hearing back from hiring manager...
Yesterday, I had a phone interview for a position I am highly interested in... It went very, very well (from what I could tell). The lady kept saying, "Wow! That is impressive!" and "That is seriously incredible!" in response to my accomplishments at my current position...
At the end of the interview, she said "I am going to forward your information to our hiring manager so that they can go ahead and contact you to set up a face-to-face interview." Then she told me to feel free to call her if I had any questions...
Well, obviously it's only been one day, but I kiiiinda expected to hear back soon... I've never had a phone interview prior to being called in for a face-to-face interview. Is it normal for it to take a little while before I am contacted? How long should I wait before I contact her again if I have not heard anything?

It almost sounds to me like your initial "interview" was with some form of HR person or internal recruiter. These people tend to say things like that anytime you mention something that's on their list of qualifications they're looking for and I honestly don't put much faith in them.
As for how long to be contacted. Their timeline is never the same as your timeline. I've seen it take anything from days to weeks to never.
