I calculate my phantom due date every.single.month. and I am TTA.....  Why? No idea.  I'm going to guess I'm not alone on the EDD, but likely alone in the EDD & TTA camp. I'm lame.

I just bought leather leggings.  I will probably never wear them, especially never out of the house!  DH and I went to a concert last night, and DH made a comment about them.  He said that he wanted me to get them and hooker boots to wear (for him only).  Since we have been in a rut lately, I thought I would surprise him.

I want to host Xmas dinner at our house this year (FX our basement reno is done by then). If we do my Dad, sister, Mom and her bf will be coming over but I really only want me Dad and Sister (and her family) to come and spend the night and I REALLLY don't want to extend the invitation to my Mom.

Oh also, my IL's invited my parents to their annual Xmas party I told my Dad and wasn't planning on telling my Mom but he made me. I brought it up once, ended up yelling at her and I don't plan on repeating the invite again. I know my Dad is coming but I really don't want her there because she is embarrassing and all around annoying.

@lindsayandjamie You are most definitely not alone in this.  I calculated mine for if I had ovulated 2 weeks after the m/c.

My FFC is that we decided to TTA until further notice, but the other night we just let it be. I told H that I was having signs of O, and he wanted to give it a shot.  I definitely wasn't going to tell him no.  Since then I've been secretly temping to see if I have a temp spike from O.

Last I'd checked, there was half a container of mint chip ice cream in the fridge. I had every intention of eating it for dinner last night. When I went in the freezer, it was GONE. DAMNIT DH!! He's a friggin' ice cream fiend!

So, I ate a bag of popcorn instead.

And instead of breakfast yesterday, I kept popping dark chocolate covered acai/blueberry balls.

Also, I think you deserve to get your own container of ice cream that you want, and not share it.  This is where the pint size containers come in handy.  Just get a flavor you know he won't like.

I so need to find this. DH houses ice cream. He'll always get 2 different flavors, technically one for him and one for me. I take my time going through mine. It'll typically last a couple of weeks. His could be gone in a few days, and then next time he just goes after mine and it's gone between the time I last had a bowl and whenever I end up wanting more!

@brij2006. I got them at Target. Along with a dark chocolate pomegranate variety, but I haven't tried them yet.

It is the opposite in my house. DH takes his time with his and I rip though mine... I always end up stealing his.

And now I have a real FFFC. I don't mind Ben & Jerry's by any means, but I kind of prefer the simpler ice cream flavors that come in the half gallon containers. I dunno; I don't feel like that pint lock would get that much use in my house, because I don't typically go for Ben & Jerry's.

This is a cross-post from NBC because I'm too lazy to come up with another confession (which I suppose is a confession in and of itself).

 

I got my application for degree back today with approval for May graduation. Yay!

My confession is that I believe I've learned about all I'm going to learn and wish I could just pay my spring tuition and be handed my piece of paper saying I'm smart without actually going to my last 3 classes.

No you're not.  It goes through my head every month as to when a baby would come if we were trying.  I don't think DH realizes just how deep my want to be a mom goes.

The home negotiating stress is making me a space case. I accidentally put my undies on inside out this morning and didn't realize it until hours later.

ETA: I also wish we got the Hallmark channel so I could watch cheeseball Christmas made for TV movies.

I got six cupcakes today. Four for me, 2 for Alan. I'm mad at Alan because I wanted more cupcakes. He wasn't even there. And I got him cupcakes out of niceness not having to-ness.

I have at least one bag of these in my fridge at all times. The pomegranate ones are even better.

I've had the pomegranate ones too. They're awesome. I'm not joking- I ate a shitton of them bc pomegranates help uterine lining. Lol. That's my FFC.
