Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Housing Fun
Received an email today from the mortgage processor. Seems we're on track with auditing. They're just waiting for the preliminary HUD-1 form from the closing/title company. They should have that by the end of the day. Then it goes to closing.
The closing attorney for the other side on the house I sold mailed the proceeds check to the wrong address. Had to get them to cancel and resend the check. It supposedly went into the mail late yesterday which really probably means picked up this morning. Hoping to have the check anytime between today and Thursday. Then need to rush it to the bank top deposit it in hopes that I can get a cashier's check drawn by next Monday/Tuesday. Way too much stress.
In the meantime, when I get home, going to start calling utility companies to start the transfer of services over.
