Update on my confusing cycle (update/question in comments)
My RE called me back today while we were out. I missed his call but he left a very helpful message.
He said my chart is a little hard to tell (he hasn't seen yesterday or today's temps). So he wants me to go in Monday for a progestrone check. He'll call me on Tuesday and we'll figure out what is going on from there.
That is all. FX that I actually did O on femara because I don't want to stick myself yet if I don't have to!

a few rounds of clomid and femara... no response.
injectables/IUI 12/12... BFN
Feb 13 IVF cycle converted down to IUI due to low follicle response... BFFN
one last IVF attempt April/May 2013: 19 retrieved. 10 fertilized. 2 transferred in a 3dt. 4 frosties... BFP!!
EDD: 1/21/14... Induced early at 36+6. Our LO was born 12/30/13

I'm surprised you're not being monitored. I know side effects from Femara are less severe than Clomid, but it could still produce multiple follicles, in which case you should be monitored. Also, without being monitored you're left wondering if you responded at all. I do hope you ovulated though and that Femara did the trick. GL!
