We have literally had our boy name picked out for a few years, even before we were married. One night we were just randomly talking about kids names and the name Jackson came up and I was like 'well no matter what, my sons middle name will be James because it runs in my family.' And it was such a coincidence because my husband’s middle name is James. So I get to name my son after my dad and my husband. Which i think is adorable!!
We decided that we loved the name Jackson but didn’t want it spelled the traditional way. And we didn’t want him to be called Jack so we thought of Jaxon so he would be called Jax for short. And we decided on this before all the Jackson craze came out. So we aren’t just going with this name because it is so popular, we already had it decided before we had really heard that it was 'popular'
