A note to all..

I just wanted to let you all know that I found out this morning that our bank account was hacked. We are in the negative for hundreds of dollars and I am feeling very untrusting right now and am taking a step back from the internet. You'll notice that my blog, my blog Facebook page, and my Facebook page have been deactivated. I am also going to stop posting on TN and TB for awhile. I just wanted to let you all know what happened and where I went. I'll still be around - you'll just have to text me to get a hold of me!

My break wasn't long. We figured out that it was tied to the Target breach. I always use my RedCard but Shawn used our debit one time a few weeks ago and that's how our account was compromised. We're still trying to work everything out. I re-activated my Facebook and I'm still going to post but probably not as frequently.

ETA - Thanks for the concern though. I don't understand how people can be so awful .. especially around the holidays.

When I had first graduated college, I was living on my own and, while I had a full time job at a law firm, I needed extra money to make rent so I started bartending part time at Firewaters, which is next to Hooters and owned by the same company. My oh-so-hilarious brother-in-law feels the need to bring up my "Hooters" past every chance he gets - including, but not limited to, at Christmas lunch with H's judgement aunt who still calls me H's ex-gf's name, his Christmas letters (this year and last) and his best man speech AT MY WEDDING IN FRONT OF MY GRANDPARENTS. It was funny at first but now it's just old and I'm sort of tired of him continually bringing it up.

Ugh. I wondered if it was Target related. Hopefully they get your $$ back immediately and I just saw there will probably be a class action suit against Target. 

Your BIL is a piece of work. Mentioning it once in awhile is one thing, but you're married, with a kid, buying house #2....it's probably time to let it go!

So basically he's like Adam Sandler in Big Daddy in that only he thinks it's funny & everyone else groans because it's totally not? (I'm sorry he's a jerkface.)
