Kitchen the size of a closet
DH and I are renting a smaller but adorable little apt, but the kitchen is more like a closet. There is no range, just two hot plates. Luckily I have a toaster oven and a crock pot. Cooking isn't really a problem, but does any one have any tricks or hacks to keeping such a small kitchen organized and easy to use? I'd really appreciate your input!

Use your vertical space. Hang a pot rack from the ceiling or high up on the wall. Add shelving that goes up! Same goes for your cabinets...buy mini shelves to go in the cabinets to basically add more shelving behind closed doors.
Put seldom used kitchen items away in accessible storage and keep only the daily or weekly needed items in the kitchen.
