Do those places still exist where the girls go and dress up and get their hair done or are those long gone?

I was thinking those lulu places or I don't even know the name,haha. It was for little girls to go and like have a party?! For how much I pay attention, these were probably gone like 5 years ago:)

Yeah, the one in Ross Park closed 4 or 5 years ago, it was where Bare Minerals is. If you are looking for a birthday party, a lot of salons do this.

We have a place called Sweet and Sassy where we live but not sure there are any in Pittsburgh.

They sound like what you want. They are a kid salon and they do parties. I take dd there to get her hair cut.

I remember walking past that LuLu store before I had Olivia thinking, "Oh my, I will NEVER do that!"

If it still existed, I would have done it for Olivia's 5th birthday. lol

Lol thats hilarious- and how I feel! Even though I still dont know if I would do it so at least its gone so I dont have to worry bout that!
