What's going on for the weekend?

Nothing going on tonight. Probably dinner at home and a movie with H or some video games.

Tomorrow  we have our first childbirth class and then we are going to Ikea.

Sunday we have church and then brunch with friends and I have to figure out when to clean the house and grocery shop.  Sounds relaxing, huh?

Well we did have a hour delay for work with this snow... and I was halfway in when they closed.  Asshats!  Some of us are farther away than 30mins!

So now my weekend looks like this:

Friday - I'm tackling cleaning the downstairs.  And I mean DEEP CLEAN.  But I'm really sad because I think my outfit today was super cute and no one will see it. 

Saturday - tackling cleaning the upstairs.  Our house looks like a tornado!  So I hope it'll  be better after this weekend.

Sunday - The usual, groceries and visiting parents.

Tonight, we are definitely working out and then maybe cleaning up our garage.  It's a disaster zone and we need to clean it up before we can continue remodeling projects.

Tomorrow, working out and then hopefully finishing up our laundry room.  We wanted to have it finished shortly after Thanksgiving but that obviously didn't happen.  It needs to get done!  In the evening, I'll take my first injection!!  Ahhh, so nervous!

Sunday, I'd like to clean the house and work on organizing.  My stepdaughters closet needs some work and I need to get things better organized in my bathroom and closet.

Hopefully we'll be able to relax a bit sometime this weekend!

Tonight we're having friends over for chili 5-way (a new recipe!!) and Cards Against Humanity.

Tomorrow I'm not sure what we're up to during the day, but I currently have a friend in from out of town who will be here for a little while still. Then tomorrow night we're going to dinner with H's family, aunt and uncle, their son, his new wife and her kids.

Sunday, cry and contemplate how much I want to quit my job before I have to go back Monday.

Eh, 5:30 isn't too bad! lol jk!  I can't even open my eyes before 7am  I-)

So, I know I said I'd be taking my first injection tomorrow night, but since I got them today, I asked my doctor if I could just start them tonight instead and they said yes.  OMG!  I am going to flip my shit tonight!

Packing, Packing, and more Packing! The fact that we're moving in less than 2 weeks is giving my major anxiety. I feel so overwhelmed by everything! I only have a little more than a week for finish up things in the lab before we move. That is giving me major stress because if I forget to do something, then I can't exactly do it from MD. I'll be much happier once we're in the new place and I can just focus on writing my thesis (and looking for jobs).

I also have a hair appointment tomorrow, the last appointment with my favorite hairdresser EVER! I'm going to be so sad to say goodbye to her tomorrow : ( Why is breaking up with your hairdresser SO HARD!

Working in the baby's room. It's a disaster because all the shower stuff is in there. Plus, I need to start thank you notes.

At work till 4ish. I got done at 330, but DH Is there till 4. Thankfully I brought my cross stitch with me.
We might go shopping tonight, but it'll depend on how the roads are. It snowed quite a bit last night and it is quite chilly, but it looks like the plow guys were out and about.

We were supposed to finally look at the house tomorrow but the realtor canceled due to the snow. So, who knows what Saturday will hold?

Working on Sunday at the paper till 12.

We have no plans for this weekend.  It's freezing, like 10 degrees, so I don't plan to leave the warmth of my house anyway.  I need to clean, although I've been saying that for the entire 2 weeks that I've been off.  We'll see what happens.

We have Christmas 5 of 6 on Sunday. I'm looking forward to it bcs I love family get togethers but I'm also dreading it bcs it is FREEZING out and I'm ready to be done with Christmas lol

I have so much stuff to do at the farm this weekend.  I took today off work to get new windows installed.  They came this morning and discovered they measured wrong and need to reorder.  I went to the farm.  We had to pitch pens.  It;s going to be -30 with a -50 windchill on monday.  The male goats a housed seperately from the females, but in that kind of cold they have to all come in the barn (in seperate pens) with the doors closed.  The body heat of 40 goats in one barn helps keep them all warm.  Plus we have our first batch of baby goats due soon!!  I promise to share those pictures!!  Anyway, we had to pitch a couple of pens so the boys will be able to come in.  I have to go tomorrow and finish up.  With how tired I am I doubt I will do anything but that this weekend.

FYI to you teachers, the Gov. of MN has closed all schools for Monday already!  There are a lot of happy teachers and students in Minnesota right now!  I've got my fingers crossed that my work will close also.  Highly unlikely.

@xxjen015 I'm so sorry you feel that way about your job!  I hope things get better soon for you.
