High Altitude Baking Help!
Help! I have tried every blog and internet article I can find but to no avail. I moved from 2500ft elevation to 7265ft elevation and I'm unable to successfully convert my cookie recipes to high altitude. They burn while still being raw, fall flat, or rise too quickly. I've also had problems with muffins too, as it seems the dough rises rapidly and what made 12 muffins at sea level is now making around 26. The only recipe I've had success with is Betty Crocker's Banana Bread. Any help, tips or tricks or new recipes would greatly be appreciated. TIA!
