I know that we lost some people as the year went on (sadly), but we gained some people too (yay!).  Do you think that they evened each other out statistically? 

So -- we had approximately the same number of people contributing to the spreadsheet at the beginning of the year as at the end?  Do you think that was why the books/page numbers were higher at the beginning of the year than at the end.  My personal stats were skewed this way too, so maybe I'm typical for the reading gluttony at the beginning of the year from GCs and bookish gifts, but life catches up in later months?

I think it would interesting to find out how many of us who read (all, ha) also love data/numbers.  I love them.  I just wonder if it's completely random, or just a wonderful addition to our awesome geekiness.
