1) What's your favorite winter activity? Drinking indoors?

2) Last movie that made you laugh out loud? Last movie that made you cry? Laugh out loud was We're the Millers. I don't cry at movies (dead inside)

3) New Years Resolutions: Waste of time or worthwhile? If worthwhile, what's been your most successful one? Waste of time for me

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye? My coworker talking about her pregnancy for the millionth time today

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? I got snippy at him over not wanting to go visit my nephew last week. We haven't had an argument in years.

2) Last movie that made you laugh out loud? Last movie that made you cry? Laugh: We watched 21 Jump Street for the millionth time over the weekend. Cry: Saving Mr. Banks

3) New Years Resolutions: Waste of time or worthwhile? If worthwhile, what's been your most successful one? Waste of time.

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye? The whole Jenny McCarthy thing.

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? The truck. It's dead. I'm ready to give up and get a newer vehicle. He wants to wait and see what it needs done.

1) What's your favorite winter activity? Ice skating.

2) Last movie that made you laugh out loud? Last movie that made you cry? Laugh:We are the Millers. Cry: Marley and Me.

3) New Years Resolutions: Waste of time or worthwhile? If worthwhile, what's been your most successful one? Worthwhile, but I do goal setting rather than resolutions. My most successful one was 6 years ago to focus on myself instead of others. That was the year I lost a lot of weight, studied abroad, and landed my career.

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye? My friend posting a picture of her son in yet another baby wearing item. I swear she has 50 of them, and posts a picture of him in each one. It's annoying.

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? I'm not sure. It's actually been a while since we've argued. Last time it was probably when we were deciding on our budget, but that wasn't really an arguement. Just trying to figure out how much we each wanted in what category. Of course we didn't agree.

6) PIP the last picture on your phone. My $3 bottle of wine with the stopper/pourer my friend gave me for Christmas.

2) Last movie that made you laugh out loud? Last movie that made you cry? The Heat made me die laughing, Legends of the Fall (not new but I just rewatched it) made me bawl.

3) New Years Resolutions: Waste of time or worthwhile? If worthwhile, what's been your most successful one? I think that they're basically a waste of time, I mean, why can't you resolve to do these things any other day of the year? I still make them though. lol.

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye? When my "friend" (who was faux 3T) who knows about our struggles walked into my house and immediately showed me her 10 week "bump" with no sort of tact whatsoever.

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? What kind of car we want to buy in the Spring. The jury is still out.

1) What's your favorite winter activity? Um.. I don't like anything Winter related but I guess I'll go with Drinking something warm.

2) Last movie that made you laugh out loud? Last movie that made you cry? The Internship & The Heat both funny. Cry... can't remember exactly.

3) New Years Resolutions: Waste of time or worthwhile? If worthwhile, what's been your most successful one? Waste of time, I like to think I'll keep one at some point.

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye? When DH's friends fiance told me we should wait to have kids together after they get married in a year. Yes it would be great to have kids around the same age but I'm not planning sh*t around other people weddings and lives.

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? My DH rant didn't post originally: I believe I wrote something along the lines of MY MOTHER F*CKING CLOSET not being installed yet. I am going ape sh*t living out of laundry baskets and hanging clothes in my bathroom closet.

1) What's your favorite winter activity?
We don't have winter in Texas. When I lived in Kentucky it was skiing. Here, I guess it's just reading with hot tea or hot chocolate.
2) Last movie that made you laugh out loud? Last movie that made you cry? Pitch Perfect and The Vow. DH totally make fun of me because I cry at the ending every time!

3) New Years Resolutions: Waste of time or worthwhile? If worthwhile, what's been your most successful one? They are basically just goals that you set in January. I always make them though. The most successful was when I lost 60 lbs before our wedding. It was more of a wedding goal though that was set at New Years.

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye?Jenny McCarthy. There is a reason you don't take medical advice from a Playmate.

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? My patience and his forgetfulness. It wasn't really an argument more that we were just frustrated with each other.

6) My sweet dogs sleeping on New Years. One is beneath the covers.

2) Last movie that made you laugh out loud? Last movie that made you cry? Muppets take Manhattan on both accounts. Seriously. It was on yesterday and I was practically sobbing at the end.

3) New Years Resolutions: Waste of time or worthwhile? If worthwhile, what's been your most successful one? Not my thing.

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye? DH's ex wife. I won't bore you with the details, but if you read my post in the Monday thread on GPM, you know the latest and greatest.

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? How to handle his BSC ex. Ultimately, he knows how to deal with her better than I do but I'm just so frustrated. I don't know if you would call it an argument; it was more of a heated discussion.

1) What's your favorite winter activity? Snuggling under a cozy/fuzzy blanket with a mug of tea or cocoa and reading or watching movies. I do not like the cold!

2) Last movie that made you laugh out loud? Last movie that made you cry? I don't even remember! Probably watching Home Alone this past Christmas season made me laugh out loud (it always does). I don't think I've watched anything recently that I can recall making me cry, although I get teary-eyed at everything. I definitely cried at the midseason finale for Walking Dead.

3) New Years Resolutions: Waste of time or worthwhile? If worthwhile, what's been your most successful one? Waste of time; I don't even remember the last time I made one.

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye? When my friend told me she was dating (yet another) coworker after the previous guy broke up with her. SMH, but getting involved in the workplace just isn't a great idea.

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? Probably when I brought up wanting to go to an RE. It got a little heated, because he was really against it, but in the end, I blew off some steam, and then just calmly asked him to think about it for a few days and let me know when he was ready.

6) PIP the last picture on your phone. The kitties were all snuggled up behind my knees Saturday night while I was watching Netflix on my laptop. They were just too cute snuggling together (they started licking each other). Excuse the puppy butt in the corner! Hahaha.

1) What's your favorite winter activity? We don't really have much of a "winter" here so it'd be anything I do year round... except swimming. I dunno.

2) Last movie that made you laugh out loud? Last movie that made you cry? I laughed at the Lone Ranger. I don't cry in movies. Like, ever.

3) New Years Resolutions: Waste of time or worthwhile? If worthwhile, what's been your most successful one? Depends on the resolution. I think they're cheesy and false 98% of the time, but I do think making goals and keeping them is good. I've rarely done them in the past. But, our goal this year is to eat healthy/vegan 90% of the time. Very worthwhile this year and is necessary. We cannot fail for health reasons. I'm not looking at it it like a resolution or anything, but a lifestyle change.

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye? A FB post that had 21 hastags on it. Yeah, for real.. 21. And I hate hashtags, even just one is one too many.. They're stupid and irritating.

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? I honestly don't remember.

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye? I was talking to some friends on Saturday and they asked how things were going with us. I mentioned that it's about to be a year for us and we're having a hard time with it. They said "well we have a friend who couldn't have kids, adopted, and then 5 years later got pregnant and had a kid. So it'll happen for you guys eventually." - REALLY?! I just went silent and changed the topic. But that's as close to side-eyeing as I have.

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? I can't think specifically. I don't remember arguments with him very often.

6) PIP the last picture on your phone. Flowers DH got me because he said I deserved flowers on Saturday.

We don't get in rip roaring fights, but the last one was about doing the laundry and how he "always" does it. 1) What's your favorite winter activity? Sledding

2) Last movie that made you laugh out loud? Last movie that made you cry? Anchorman 2. Catching Fire.

3) New Years Resolutions: Waste of time or worthwhile? If worthwhile, what's been your most successful one? Can be both depending on the resolution. Lose weight = waste of time. Lose 20 lbs = worthwhile. It needs to be specific and attainable (i.e. SMART goal system). My most successful one was last year when I said I was going to read at least 10% nonfiction (previously was reading all fiction).

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye? "That" friend on FB who can't go 2 hours without posting about her pregnancy.

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? LOL whether or not he fell asleep while watching tv last night.

6) PIP the last picture on your phone. I can't PIP since I'm on work computer and phone can't come out until lunch. It's ok, though. It's a boring picture. It's just the sticker on my vacuum that tells me what kind bag and belt I needed when I went to the store.

2) Last movie that made you laugh out loud? Last movie that made you cry? Laugh-Christmas Vacation. Cry-I don't cry during movies...I've been told I have no soul.

3) New Years Resolutions: Waste of time or worthwhile? If worthwhile, what's been your most successful one? For me they are worthwhile because I typically stick to them. Three years ago I said I wanted to read 50 books in the year and I read 75 so that was successful. Two years ago I said I wanted to lose 50lbs by my birthday and I did it. Last year I said I wanted to lose 30lbs by my birthday and I did it. This year I said I wanted to hit my 100lbs lost goal by April...

4) What's the last thing that made you give major side eye? A girl on my facebook who is 8 weeks pregnant and in nursing school and is constantly bragging about how educated she is and how she educates her daughter all of the time posted this..

Mia: I want to kiss the baby.
Me: Kiss right there on my belly.
Mia: Not your belly, mom. Your uterus.

Who needs an OB when you have a Mia?

Her kid is 3...This is disgusting to me.

5) What was the last thing you and DH argued about? I can't remember our last argument. We bicker about little things such as chores not getting done, etc. but it has been months since we got into a real argument about anything.

6) PIP the last picture on your phone. The picture is posting too big, but it was just a picture of the calories I burned in 30 minutes tonight at the gym...566 calories to be exact
