  • I'm still on The Bronze Horseman. A bit more than halfway through. It's a great story-I'm enjoying it a lot.

  • I'm almost done listening to Kicking and Dreaming, which is underwhelming me.  I'm not interested in any of the library books I have at home, so I just stopped by my school library and picked up Anna and the French Kiss to reread this weekend.

I will finally finish Under the Never Sky this afternoon. I'm so ready to be done with this book.

I'm starting the audiobook of The Night Circus this morning at my desk, I'm really excited about it!

  • A Profound Mind by the Dalai Lama.  It's a really good overview of the central Buddhist teachings, written for those who are not so well-versed, both Buddhist and non-Buddhist.  I'm enjoying it a lot, but it is sort of slow going - the philosophical stuff is a little dense.

This is number 4 for the year, but no challenges and no goals in mind.
  • Heaven is for Real on audio. I just started it last night, but the interview with the dad gave me chills.

Breaking Free It's a religious self help book. It's not favorite genre, but my MIL gave it to me and has been asking about it. It also couldn't hurt to read it since I've been struggling a lot lately.

I'm about 70 pages into The Girl You Left Behind by Jojo Moyes (#2).  I wasn't sure how much I'd like it based on how it started, but I'm finding myself not being able to put it down.

I thought the same thing about this one.  IT was one of those slow burn books.  I ended up loving it!

You'll have to post a WIJFR, please. I am kind of interested in that book, but, like you, it is not really my favorite genre.

  • I'm finishing up Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli on audio.  It's read by John Ritter.  I'm really liking it so far.

I'm reading Raven Boys on my Kindle and am about 30% in.  I'm really confused but so far, so good.

#6 and #7 for the year.

Tonight I'm picking up a bunch of holds from the library so I'm hoping for a lot of reading time this weekend.

  • I'm reading the Golden One, it is # 4/100 for the year, it's okay so far.  I'm hoping to finish it this weekend so I can carry on with Feast for Crows, since my brother spoiled more stuff for me, he had the nerve to tell me that the limit on not saying spoilers had expired.  I want to murder him.

I'm listening to Red Land, Black Land, it is #5 for the year and so far it's pretty interesting.

Yeah, I am kind of ready for it to be over. I am glad I got it from the library and didn't pay for it. I feel like she could have done so much more with this story. It just seems to be falling short. Not bad, just not all it could be, ya know?

  • I am reading Exclusively Yours by Shannon Stacey. I am in a reading crunch because I have like five books from the Free Library of Phila on my Nook, and now they are only able to check out for two weeks at a time. It's snowing here today, and I plan to spend most of the day at home reading. Anyway, this will be #3 of 100 for the year.

  • I'm reading Allegiant right now.  I have about 100 pages left to go.  So far its fine but with all of the disappointing reviews its received I feel like I'm just waiting for something bad to happen.

  • I am reading Altered (#2 in the Crewel World series) by Gennifer Albin.  I don't like it nearly as much as the first book in the series.

I am listening to Widow File by S.G. Redling.  It's not my favorite genre but I loved her other twobooks so I gave this one a try.  It's not bad but not great either.  If you like thrillers htough I would recommend it.

They are 6&7 for the year.
