S&A Homes

Hi everyone,

I was browsing through some recent posts and noticed one that had a lot of positive comments about S&A homes. My husband and I are looking to build within the next 1-2 years but have already started researching builders and developments. We went through the process a few years back with Ryan Homes. Although we weren't happy with the house at the time, retrospectively, our house was solidly built and had, generally, good workmanship.

We are looking at the Wyndham floor plan with S&A, adding the morning room and the 2 foot extension along with the upgraded kitchen. Does anyone live in a Wyndham? I would love to hear both positive and negative feedback in general regarding S&A. Those that have built with them in the past, is there anything you would change or do different?

Thanks in advance!

Re: S&A Homes

  • We built with S&A in 2010 and were / are very happy. Didn't do the Wyndham model though.  Nothing but good things to report here with our interactions; wouldn't do anything differently aside from having more money to spend! LOL
