What's for dinner?

Cooking after work isn't happening right now, so I made Meatloaf, tuna casserole and mongolian Beef last night after my nap haha.

I've got pot roast in the crock pot. That's all I've got for this week so far.

I LOATHE cooking dinner!! My kids are so picky and I found out that I have Gestational Diabetes (for the 4th time, so no real big surprise, it was just diagnosed way earlier this time. Boo!), so things that I can eat, they won't. If it's not a chicken nugget, pasta of some kind or grilled cheese, you can forget it. Maybe I can steal some of the food you guys make...

We definitely use this to exchange recipes and get inspired.  It's gotta be hard to keep everyone happy!

Monday - chicken fajitas w/ some sort or spanish pasta or rice

Tuesday - Ladies dinner

Wednesday - baked ziti w/ garlic bread

Have no idea for the rest of the week. Especially since Im supposed to start WW again today.

Monday: pork tenderloin, Brussel sprouts, roasted potatoes

Tuesday- chicken Vermont soup and prob a grilled cheese too for H

Wednesday- dinner at the IL's

Thursday - leftovers

Friday- no idea

did you make the mongolian beef in the crockpot? its seriously one of my faves!

Good description!  It's yummy!  I get it at PF Changs whenever we go.  The recipe I used as a PF Chang's knock out one form pinterest.  Crockpot sounds easier.

Tuesday...chicken parmesan roll ups
Wednesday...steak and red potatoes
Thursday...pasta, meatballs, and garlic bread
Friday...leftovers

I'm still living they dream where someone else makes my dinner. Tonight we had shrimp stir-fry.
