Hey! so 5 years is coming up and ive been dropping hints that id like something shiny from DH. After living with my rings for almost 5 years ive realized the fact of how much i really don't like yellow gold. However i never got my rings reset because they are both sentimental. my engagement was his mothers and my wedding band matches and was the first jewelry DH gave me. Is five years to early to be asking for an anniversary ring and if i did get one from him is it ok to just wear the anniversary band? Or should i be looking more at right hand rings and necklaces etc. to be dropping hints with.
