Re: Confession Thursday
My confession is that we have pretty much nothing for this baby. I'm on restrictions from lifting or anything strenuous and I can't help H get the stuff cleared out of the room we will be using as the nursery. We've talked about having some friends help H get the stuff cleared out and put in the basement, but the friends who would help are struggling with IF. I don't know how I feel about asking them to help. I want to be sure we are sensitive to their struggles. The other alternative is to wait until after my next U/S on the 27th to see if I can get the all clear to be removed from restrictions.
I'm starting to get a little panicky about it.
I really do like them, the problem comes in with each egg has about 71mg of natural sodium. Oatmeal has 0mg. It's just nice to start out the day with a clean slate. It means I don't have to monitor as closely later in the day. But I think I might start hard boiled eggs for a while, I'm losing my mind with oatmeal.
I wish I was organized enough for that in the morning! lol!
@seipel - I add 1/2 tbs brown sugar, and a few dried cherries in my plain oatmeal. MFP is showing me anywhere from 0-20 mg sodium for .25 c of cherries (I don't use that muc), a few for the brown sugar. I think it's yummy and still quick.
