Best affordable skin care products

I've been using La Roche Posay products for the past two years with good results, but I'd like to switch to something more affordable. Any suggestions?

I have normal skin with some blemishes (typically due to hormones or stress), but it's quite sensitive. I currently use a cream cleanser, toner, and light cream daily (same cream day and night), exfoliate twice per week, and use the origins clay mask once per week.

Re: Best affordable skin care products

  • I use Mary Kay's ClearProof system.  It works ok.  My mom sells Mary Kay, so that's what I've pretty much always used.  I used their Velocity line as a teen and switched to Timewise when I was 19 or so.  I never had acne until I was 20.  And then my skin started getting bad.  I have yet to find anything that really clears up my skin.  I tried using Simple for a while and it made my skin worse.  I switched back to Mary Kay to their Botanical Effects line and my skin was about the same.  I switched to Proactive which didn't really change anything and now I'm using ClearProof.  Nothing is really helping that much.

I guess the ClearProof is helping the best.  Sorry, I'm probably not the best help.
