What's for dinner?

I haven't figured this out at all....

I would like to have a buffalo chicken salad at some point

maybe i'll make pasta one night

wednesday - thank goodness for family dinner.

 

and Thursday-Friday Ben is out of town and I'm leaving to meet him on Saturday so I won't need to worry about food those days

I'm so excited because this week I'm trying 2 new recipes!  We finally ran out of our stockpile of homemade spaghetti sauce and I asked H if we could take a break from traditional spaghetti and meatballs for a while since I have tons of pasta recipes pinned that I want to try (I asked because it's the meal he's in charge of each week).  He was concerened about this plan at first because we still had some frozen meatballs, but I assured him I could use them in something else.  So we're having Mexican meatball salsa soup with corn muffins tonight!

The rest of the week will be either leftovers or one of our standbys.  I'll let you know how the new meals turn out!

Tomorrow night, we are trying a honey garlic dish in the pressure cooker. My SIL loves hers and said how quick she is getting dinner together so I thought I'd try it. The rest of the week is fish and other quick dinners. I have alot to do for M's birthday party on Saturday. I really should of done more the past 3 days

We had chicken fajitas in the crockpot last night. Tonight we'll have turkey meatballs and pasta. The rest of the week will be leftovers of the two.
