Why would you ever announce how long it took you to "prep"? And why would you admit to 2 minutes? I should be upset, but I can't help but laugh at outing yourself on FB as a quick lay...
TTC #1 since Feb. '12. dx: "unexplained" IF
After 2 shitty IVF cycles and 1 loss at 6+2 (EDD 11/7/14), DH and I are pursuing DIA.

    I think it's more cute than funny. It's definitely an adorable announcement, but the prep time has a certain ick and (likely unintended) humorous factor to me. ETA: fixed for clarityx2

    Ha! I get the humor they were trying to go for, but most people don't want to consider your "prep time" in making a baby. Sorry, but I don't really like thinking about other people having sex!

    Like others, I get that they were trying to be funny. However, I think pg announcements (or anything else for that matter) that hints at or discusses one's sex life is gross. I don't want to think about other people having sex.
