I'll probably still be here. A job is a job to me. They are pretty lax when you have kids so that's all I care about.

I have one year left of nursing school, so hopefully by that point I will be working full time somewhere. I have yet to find my niche/specialty that really draws me, but that's the beauty of nursing, it's so easy to move around! Also my kid will be entering in to Junior Kindergarten, that's crazy to think about!

Still with my company, but hopefully only part time. Our goal is to get it to the point of being run by employees so the owners just have to check in when necessary. I have a few other ventures I'd like to try too, like house flipping, opening a jazz bar, and possibly a wedding venue.

Working less so I can be with the kids (hopefully more than one by then). DH will hopefully have his MBA/be the breadwinner by that time. And by then we should have our own place.

After we have a LO I'll start an in home daycare. Something that in time I can turn into an early learning and daycare center. Find a place to rent and manage it. I'd need to go back to school but it'd only be a certificate and CPR certification. Probably jump start classes this summer.

I hope to be on the same field but with greater responsibilities. I really love what I do, just not for the company I currently work for.

Have my Ph.D. and a real job! I'd love to be doing science policy and advocacy work in D.C. (basically the jobs that I'm applying for now).

Not sure really. I wouldn't mind doing lab work like I do now down the road, but as of lately, I don't see a "forever" option with where I'm currently at. Not too much room for advancement here.
