I just....can't.  I loved this book but was so thoroughly wrecked at the end that I can't imagine how amplified the emotions would be to watch it on screen.

I'm really trying to avoid the hype leading up to the movie but I kinda loved watching that.

I was, too.  Shailene did ok as Hazel, but I was very disappointed in Gus.  It seemed like scenes out of a made-for-tv movie.

Yes! An afterschool special or lifetime for teens movie.
