Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Yup!! Over asking price since they want settlement help. We settle on March 14th pending any issues with inpection....Im excited and scared and sad all at the same time. Its is going to be so tough leave that house.
But they are really young and I know they will love that house as much as I did when I first bought it. They dont see the minor cosmetic problems, they see their babies growing up there and that makes me very happy.
