Anyone doing the couch to 5K here?

Anyone doing couch to 5K?  I did it in 2009 on this board under a different SN, and we had check-ins, but I think not as many people are on here now.  Anyone interested in doing this with check-ins?

I'm not doing Couch to 5K, but I have started running & have set a goal to run a 5K late this spring or in the summer. My bf has started running with me & we are working towards that!

I'm not doing the Couch to 5K... I use run-keeper and am using their 5K training plan. My goal is to run a 10k, but gotta work my way up there!

We're training for the tough mudder, I was using the C25K app, but now we're just running several straight miles.

I'm not doing C25K however, I am dong my own program in prep for 5ks this Spring Summer. Started back at running 2.0 working up to 3.2 miles. I increased by 0.1 every run and I have now met my goal. As an RN I work 3 busy nights a week and try to work out 3-4 times a week. Sometimes it ends up being more like twice. I run at the gym when not weather permitting and around town when it's nicer out! Now to get my diet on track.. Good luck!
