Birthday menu help

Logan's 2nd birthday is coming up and we're having a (very loosely) themed Mickey Mouse Clubhouse party for him. I thought it would be cute to do a hot diggity dog bar, but what else would you serve? I was tossing around the idea of pierogis and chicken, but I'm not sure.

Thanks to nap time it's a later party so definitely dinner. Bonus points if it's something I can pay someone else to make.

Cute! That was Liam's theme last year   Do you want to borrow some of my decorations?  I think I still have them...nothing elaborate, but I have a banner and some table top decorations.  let me know. 

anyway, I think the hot diggity dog bar sounds cute! let me see if I can dig up some of the free printables I found and used...

You could do a whole hotdog/malt shop theme. Along with hotdog bar, fries or potatoes that could be covered with toppings, coleslaw, baked beans.

For dessert ice cream with toppings along with cake.

fyi there are mickey mouse shaped chicken nuggets at costco in the freezer section.

I was also about to post about the MM chicken nuggets at Costco.  I made DD a Minnie Mouse party last year and I made oreo pops, which were pretty easy, I made them in advance and froze them.  I also marinated a couple of flank steaks overnight, grilled them (you can broil them) earlier in the day, sliced it into thin little pieces.  I served it with caramelized onions, horseradish sauce and sliced french bread.  It didn't take a lot of time and was easy at party time since everything was done in advance.  You can freeze caramelized onions.  

Also, tortellini salad is easy--buy the packages as Costco, the Costco pesto sauce--about 1/2 a jar and throw in some sunflower seeds.  So easy and always a hit.
