in Pittsburgh Nesties

I came a across it on Zulily today.  It looks like it would make for a really cute birthday present for dd.  Some of the reviews on Amazon are horrible for the bracelet and the charms.  I'm not expecting it to be fine jewelry, but I would like it to last a couple years.  If your daughter has one, I would appreciate a review.  Thanks!

    We got Faith an origami owl necklace for Christmas, so that way we can add more as she grows! My niece has the bracelet locket thing of theirs too. Maybe look into that as a possibility

    Butting in to ask a question about these...how secure do they close? I was looking at getting one for dd but was worried she'd just keep opening it and lose the charms.

    It closes with a magnet maybe(?) they are a little hard to open/close....faith can't get hers open without help and currently has only two charms and a faith plate in it.... Her godmother is a sales rep for them, so we talked about it for A little while before randy And I took the plunge to buy it! She wears hers when she wants to dress up a bit for school or family outings, she has the toggle necklace, but I may upgrade her to a regular one during Easter or her birthday! And the charms from the storybook locket store can fit and interchange with the origami owl ones

    If you have a storybook locket store/kiosk at your mall you can check it out...they are same product but storybook has a bigger charm selection inventory while origami owl seems to have more of the starting out stuff like necklaces,bracelets and lockets

    No problem, I told randy I would rather spend money on something that can grow with her rather than something that can be just a fad for a couple years and a waste of our money then....

     oh i always wondered about those too! please let me know if you get one or get some feedback! Do you ever buy clothes/shoes from zulily? i always see stuff but get iffy about returns with not knowing sizes!

    Thanks! I actually had been looking at them to use as a picture locket. It's hard to find regular old lockets and they are all so small you can't see much of the picture! I got dd one and she would open it up and touch it so the picture hasn't held up! I thought with the origami one I could put a picture inside and she could still see it but wouldn't have to open and touch it. And then I could get her charms for it occasionally.

    I think I may get her one for her bday!

    I always see cute shoes for the girls on Zulily, but shoes can fit so differently from one brand to the other.  I am always affaid to buy them
