I don't blame you for feeling like crap today. We worked 5 very long days in a row. Now we have to make it through one more before one day of rest. We can do it.

Why did you not fire the one person who deserves to be fired?! Did you inform the new manager how crappy they are??? After a year of dealing with their nonsense I'm not sure I can handle more.
And why am I training someone for a different hospital?! We need another person!
