Hi- I don't know if this is something that has been discussed here or is a hot button issue so I apologize if I am kicking a hornets nest here. I tried to do a search without much luck. I would like to try taking this not only for the weight loss- ( I would like to lose 10-15 vanity lbs now that I am not nursing) I'm working out3- 4 times a week but must admit that my diet is not strict- I eat whole foods but indulge in things like rice krispy treats (made with brown rice cereal, coconut oil, and vegan rice mellow for instance). So healthier version of sweets, but sweets none the less (and I pig out on them at night after a day of eating great and working out).
I have an autoimmune disease that keeps me from eating a lot of diet friendly things like lemon/tomatoe and doing most of the tricks I would have done in my past skinny life (once upon a time I was a professional athlete and I do know how to eat and work out but my previous methods just don't work with my current lifestyle and health issues. I often don't sleep well and cant have caffeine or stimulants with two little kids- no coffee or tea sucks! I have heard that the GC can give you an energy kick without stirring up a flare of my condition (according to posts on a site dedicated to my condition.) To cut to the chase I am trying to figure out which brand to buy-
www.puregarciniacambogia.com which is 60% HCA and seems to be recommended by the Oprah/Dr. Oz people- it says $48 but I think I found it for $32 on Amazon. or the Amazon highest rated verson which is NatureWise- it seems like you get a lot more doses for your money, however it does not appear to have the calcium, chromium, and potassium which my research says aids in abosprption of the hca. Any suggestions? Thank you
